is a co-founder, managing member and Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio manager for the General Partner and Investment Adviser. Mr. Osofsky oversees all the financial reporting, regulatory, marketing and legal matters for the General Partner. Mr. Osofsky has extensive related industry experience both from a trading and business operations perspective. Mr. Osofsky is a member of the New York Board of Trade, a member of its Floor Committee, a registered floor broker and an associated person of the Advisor. Mr. Osofsky has been engaged in the proprietary trading of commodities futures and options since 1986 and specializes in option and commodity arbitrage strategies. From 1989 through 1994, Mr. Osofsky was a principal of CIG Asset Management, Inc, a registered commodity trading Advisor and introducing broker. Mr. Osofsky served as Risk Management Officer and Marketing Manager for Gotham Investment Group from 1994 until 2003. Mr. Osofsky graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University with an A.B. in Applied Economics. He was a teaching fellow at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School where he received his M.B.A.

Mr. Alintoff is responsible for and directs all research, trading, and portfolio analysis for the Partnership. He has over 30 years of trading experience in both the equities and commodities industries. Mr. Alintoff has traded all types of securities, including stocks, bonds, commodity futures, as well as options and derivatives. Prior to founding the Partnership, Mr. Alintoff was both a proprietary trader running a family office and was a member of the ICE Exchange and the American Stock Exchange where he was a primary market maker. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Alintoff had up to $150 million under his management while trading for institutional clients in the option markets. Mr. Alintoff has supervised more than 70 traders, devising and implementing positive mathematical strategies for them. Mr. Alintoff authored a book entitled “Options for the Professional Trader,” which has been used for training on all the major U.S. Option exchanges. Mr. Alintoff was featured on a television show called “Wall Street Warriors” and his market opinions have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. He has been interviewed on “Chat With Traders” by Aaron Fifield.  Mr. Alintoff graduated from the University of Michigan and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting. He is FINRA Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Examination) examination-qualified.


is the head of Operations and Investor Relations for the General Partner and Investment Adviser. Mr. Hakim is responsible for investor relations as well as updating the firm’s statistical trading models and research. He graduated in the spring of 2014 from Muhlenberg College where he received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration.  Prior to joining Warrior Capital Management, Mr. Hakim was employed by The Clearing House Association and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He is Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Examination) examination-qualified and is currently a level II CFA candidate.
